Working in Metrology
Roles support on-site CMM verification, ship-in gage and artifact handling, and part-program development for machinery and heavy equipment customers across Wisconsin. Field and depot positions are both in scope.
The positions below are with the laboratories that perform work in this network. Applications are passed to the laboratory whose discipline and location match the application, and are acknowledged either way.
Calibration Technician, CMM
Performs on-site geometric checks, length measurement error testing and probing error testing on bridge, gantry and cantilever CMMs, following documented procedure and recording as-found data before adjustment.
